About the role
Premiership Women’s Rugby (PWR) mission is to be the most competitive, progressive and sustainable domestic competition in the world. The Company, established in January 2024, consists of a small core team working closely with 9 League Clubs and the Rugby Football Union (RFU) to deliver the strategy, drive growth and lead the way in the development of professional women’s club rugby.
2025 is going to be the year of women’s rugby.
It’ll be a year that starts with a bang with the exciting conclusion of the 2024/25 Premiership Women’s Rugby season, and there’ll be no let up as we hurtle through the Women’s Six Nations, a home Rugby World Cup and then the return of the PWR for the 2025/26 season.
There’s a huge opportunity for the PWR, and we’re looking for someone who can come and help us take our digital content to the next level. We want a creative, energetic Multimedia Executive to help drive engagement with fans and help PWR raise the game across our social, digital and other channels.
As part of the Marketing and Communications team, you will helps manage and support a regular flow of content creation and posting across the PWR’s various channels. If you have experience in – or passion for - content creation for digital channels, video and static, along with an understanding of social media trends, analytics, and innovative content production, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
• Working with the Head of Marketing and PWR’s agencies on a regular content calendar for key channels.
• Creating and posting engaging content across the Club’s current digital channels.
• Support the development of new socials channels.
• Support on the development of new content innovations that help tell the story of the PWR and its athletes.
• Regularly identify new content opportunities.
• Support the wider business with ‘content’ requests for internal use
• Support the Business Operations Manager with IT services provision
• Demonstrate a willingness to develop new skills and build relationships with internal stakeholders across the Club.
• Provide basic IT support to staff, sourcing and setting up new computers and office equipment.
• Coordinate with external IT provider for more complex technical issues and system maintenance.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, including company meetings, celebrations, or team-building activities.

• Communication Skills: Strong written, multi-media and verbal communication
Experience
• Experience of using graphic design tools, such as Canva or Adobe PS
• Experience - or knowledge of - filming and video editing, primarily for Instagram and TikTok
• Professional experience of – or strong knowledge of - social media and creating/managing/posting content.
• Creative flair and ability to generate unique concepts.
• Some understanding of the development of social media audiences and analytics.
Qualifications
• Social Media/Graphic Design/Video production or similar is desirable.
Additional Information
• Flexible working with ideally at least one day a week at the company’s offices in Victoria (hours/days to be agreed)
