Norwich City Football Club is excited to present a new opportunity within the Catering Team for an enthusiastic and talented Grill Chef to work in our exciting new kitchen in Yellows Bar and Grill. This opportunity offers the successful applicant a fulfilling role in a team-focused environment.
In a fast paced and varied environment, we are searching for excellent communicators, with an open-minded attitude and a pro-active approach to problem solving. The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate experience working in a high-quality catering business, with a track record of operating to high standards under pressure.
The successful applicant will be involved in preparing and serving a variety of food items for all catering areas across Yellows Bar and Grill, working to recipes pre-set by the Yellows Head Chef. They will have the opportunity to work as a key member of a busy team on matchdays, taking responsibility for their area of service.
Other key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring all recipes as set are followed accurately to maintain high levels of quality
- Work within a predetermined format to ensure waste is kept to a minimum
- Assist with maintaining and recording all aspects of Food Hygiene to meet Health and Safety Legislation and Requirements and the Club’s Food Management System
