The participation team connect and engage with all areas of Community rugby league to deliver a safe, enjoyable community friendly experience. The team provides a number of opportunities across schools, junior league and the volunteer network including school introductory programs and competitions, teacher support and training, volunteer education and resources as well as world class player retention programs and playing formats. The NRL WA team purpose is to create lifelong engagement in Rugby League state-wide across WA and to continue to promote and grow the sport in our State.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Competition Coordinator - WA to join the team reporting to the General Manager - Western Australia. This Competitions Coordinator is responsible for the support and promotion of NRL WA clubs and associations. In addition, this role will champion the administration and delivery of NRL WA competitions and major events, both male and female for all age groups.
The successful applicant will have a passion for Rugby League and growing participation at all levels of the game. A pragmatic thinker with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will be highly organised and have strong knowledge of Rugby League and Rugby League’s administration processes.
