The Event Coordinator role for the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team will support and facilitate the team’s internal and external first-class events which are outside of a traditional race weekend, and solely based at our headquarters in Brackley.
You will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Hospitality & Events Team on a range of hospitality, internal and external event programmes, these will include meetings from small groups to larger scale events in our Silver Arrows Lounge.
Reporting directly to the Internal Events Manager, you will be responsible for pre-event contact with partners, key stakeholders, and internal staff members to determine event requirements. This includes planning of event schedules, arrange catering using in-house and external caterers, venue set up, guest registration, AV, arranging factory tours and room management etc.
You will be required to lead events from start to finish and be the main contact on site for partners, key stakeholders and internal staff members for meetings and events. You will be required to be flexible and work with tight deadlines and requests.
