A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen within our Hospitality Operations Department for a Hospitality Coordinator (Suites & Experiences) to join us until 31 October 2024.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of Suites and Hospitality Experiences at Lord’s Cricket Ground, assisting with ticketing allocation, creation of matchday documentation and overall support for the hospitality team for match day delivery.
Match day responsibilities include supporting the Hospitality Manager (Suites & Experiences) in the coordination and administration of Hospitality areas. It is essential that the service across these areas is delivered to the highest standards that are expected of the Catering department at Lord’s Cricket Ground. The Coordinator will be required to have an in-depth knowledge of MCC’s restaurant and hospitality offerings.
The role involves working closely with the Premium Seating Sales Team, Commercial Partnerships Team as well as liaising with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistency and accuracy across our offering.
