The Purpose:
To provide finance and administration support for the Manchester United Foundation finance function including the administration of the VIEWS database.
The Role:
- Maintain effective housekeeping of the Views M&E system; removing duplicates, maintain value lists and general clean ups etc.
- Support staff in using the system including staff training/coaching on VIEWS system.
- To run progress reports and stats checks as required by delivery departments and executive management; and on a weekly and monthly basis. As well as updating the dashboard.
- Prepare final Participant Data for use in Statutory Accounts and annual Impact report.
- E-file all consent forms/letters as required both within VIEWS and hard copy forms.
- Assist in administration of contract database and filing using Docusign system.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual kit order.
- Assist Finance & Compliance team as required eg. raise Purchase Orders.
- Prepare manual payments ensuring all relevant approvals are sought and backup is saved as appropriate.

- Willingness to learn and develop in the role.
- A proactive and well organised approach to work.
- An ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and listening.
- An excellent understanding of all Microsoft office packages, in particular Word and Excel.
