We’re looking for a creative and driven Junior Editor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of editing and post-production for recurring content strands, including archival footage for commercial partners and fulfilling internal footage requests. While this is a junior position, we’re seeking candidates with proven editing experience and a strong showreel that demonstrates creativity and expertise in short-form content. You’ll have the opportunity to tell engaging stories for millions of passionate fans worldwide.

This is Your City

As part of our team, you will be entitled to 26 days annual leave plus an additional day off for your birthday, private healthcare and a simply health cash plan, an annual discretionary bonus, plus a range of partnership and lifestyle discounts.

Your Impact

1. Edit recurring strand content for commercial partners, focusing on archive-footage-based projects and ensuring all contractual obligations are met.

2. Handle partner or internal team footage requests efficiently, coordinating across departments to clarify project timelines and creative requirements. Deliver edits to a high professional standard, reflecting brand guidelines and partner expectations.

3. Demonstrate versatile editing skills across short-form (e.g., social media clips, TikTok content) and mid-to-long-form (branded vignettes, docu-style pieces) whilst incorporating current editing techniques and storytelling approaches to keep content engaging and on-trend.

4. Provide on-site support during shoot days or player appearance events, gaining direct production experience.

5. Uphold best-in-class standards for branded content, ensuring alignment with partner brand guidelines, City’s style, and overall commercial objectives.
