The County Safeguarding Officer (CSO)will deliver proactive safeguarding across all areas of business within Leicestershire County Cricket Club (The Club) in its capacity as a ‘First Class County’.
Purpose
- To promote safe, welcoming and inclusive environments for all involved in Cricket in Leicestershire
- To promote a listening culture across all areas of the game.
- Effectively manage incident reports.
