Leicester City Women Football Club is going through significant growth and investment and is looking for a Director of Women and Girls’ Football to lead all aspects of the club, solidify its position in the Women’s Super League 1 and continue its progression towards major trophies. The Club underlined its commitment to growing the women’s game with the professionalisation of LCFC Women in 2020. They were promoted to the Women’s Super League for the first time as Championship winners and are now a fully professional women’s team with exclusive use of an elite training facility at Belvoir Drive, one of the best in the WSL, along with games at The King Power Stadium.
It is an extremely exciting time with to join LCWFC, with a real opportunity to establish the culture, ethos and performance of the whole Club. Backed by King Power, this role offers the successful applicant a game-changing opportunity for Women’s football in Leicester.
