About the role

The LTA’s vision is “Tennis Opened Up” and its mission is to make tennis Relevant, Accessible, Welcoming and Enjoyable. The Major Events and Digital Transformation (ME&DT) Team is responsible for the LTA’s Digital Transformation Programme and delivering International Tennis tournaments that drive visibility of tennis and engage new audiences.

The Digital Experience Analyst will play a key role in the ME&DT Team in optimising user journeys and driving continuous improvement across the LTA digital product suite, as well as developing and analysing user requirements. They will contribute across full product lifecycles, from initial creation of product vision through to ongoing backlog development, working alongside Product Owners/Managers, business stakeholders and end users to create best in class digital experiences.

Key Accountabilities

User Experience

  • Ensure a customer centric approach to requirements, regularly reviewing and identifying opportunities to improve the digital experience for users
  • Optimise and streamline processes and user journeys, illustrating design ideas using storyboards, user flows and sitemaps.
  • Create designs that align with user needs, preparing mock-ups and lo-fi wireframes to illustrate planned functionality that aligns to user needs for user/business feedback.
  • Champion consistency and best practice across the digital product suite, working with the digital product managers and teams to ensure customer needs are considered and integrated into product backlogs
  • Work with product managers to engage customer groups to gather input into digital requirements, validate change, and oversee user testing

Business Analysis

  • Provide Business Analysis support with regards to the implementation of a range of digital products.
  • Responsible for gathering, compiling, and collating information regarding business processes and/or systems, demonstrating detailed knowledge of core business processes.
  • Provide business analysis support (partnering) to project/products being managed by the business.
  • Lead business and development team(s) in the process of identifying and assessing business requirements, developing solutions aligned with business strategies.
  • Provide clear written and verbal communications to project team.
  • Create User EPICs, Features and User Stories as required.

Change and Stakeholder Management

  • Work with business functions to identify opportunities to enable the overall strategic vision, providing mentoring and assistance through the project lifecycle.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain strong internal and third-party supplier relationships to aid collaborative working.
  • Deliver clear written and verbal presentations as required to stakeholder groups, effectively setting, and managing business expectations.
  • Effectively transition new products and changes into business as usual, applying change management methodologies.
  • Provide support as necessary to the Digital Transformation Team
