Job Purpose

  • Coordinate all bookings including C&E, 3G Pitches, Hospitality, Fixtures, Internal Meetings, Advertising and Sponsorship.
  • Maximise conference and event sales in line with strategy.
  • Work in line with all Standard Operating Procedures as set out by the Sales Manager.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Promote brand awareness and become an ambassador for Lancashire FA.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support for the Association and deliver customer service excellence.


  • To provide effective diary management.
  • To be meticulous in all tasks.
  • To execute show arounds of conference facilities and pitches (as required).
  • To promote and generate sales to meet monthly budget.
  • To follow up on all leads and up-sell to maximise revenue.
  • To provide the key focus on converting bookings from enquiry stage.
  • To produce and update all function sheets.
  • To attend and run the weekly operations meeting.
  • To ensure all invoices are sent, and payments are up to date.
  • To liaise effectively with all departments and assist operationally when required.
  • To maintain the system database with all customer and company profiles.
  • To complete and chase all final detail requirements for all conference and events.
  • To undertake special projects on an ad-hoc basis which will contribute to the success of the company.
  • To develop a good working relationship with departments.
  • To assist, as requested, with sales blitz.
  • To enhance the customer journey and exceed their expectations.
  • To execute additional tasks as required in order to meet CFA’s changing priorities.
  • To manage all 3G enquiries and bookings, ad hoc and the upkeep of block bookings.
  • Check in Rezlynx daily.
  • To assist with the conference social media accounts, in coordination with Marketing &
  • To assist with marketing and design of all social media and content for our department, in
    coordination with Marketing & Communications.
  • To send weekly reports of conference, events and 3G to the commercial team.
  • To organise and host open days.
  • To conduct market research of competitors.
  • To arrange frequent styled shoots of the venue in different themes and set ups for social media
    content and marketing, in coordination with Marketing & Communications.
  • To provide post event communication.
  • To assist in the planning, delivery and hosting of the Lancashire FA Annual Awards.
  • To develop new ideas to help grow the business.
  • To risk-assess all Lancashire FA events and activity for under-18s or where U18s may be in attendance.
  • To ensure, where appropriate, all service level agreements reference safeguarding.
  • To liaise with the Safeguarding Department when planning or hosting events involving U18s or known
    adults at risk.
  • Ensure all U18 visitors are given details of to whom they should report safeguarding concerns.
  • To contribute to ensuring that safeguarding and equality are embedded throughout the Association and grassroots football.
