Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Increase our reach and deepen our impact:
- Develop our network of local primary and secondary schools to deliver our programmes, targeting those with the highest percentage of students that qualify for benefit related free school meals (FSM).

Deliver Social Value:

- Deliver high quality and impactful programmes that generate meaningful outcomes for young people and return a social value for our communities.

Drive quality across our impact areas:

- Assure quality of programme delivery through ongoing assessment and feedback. Work with partner organisations to review and develop programme resources and delivery material.

Grow and coordinate our team of staff:

- Lead on the recruitment, management and development of coaches to continually improve their knowledge and competencies.

Champion the development of Essential Skills:

- Continue to embed the Skills Builder Framework throughout our work, role modelling the essential skills and consistently providing opportunities for young people to acquire and practice them.

Manage budgets and achieve financial objectives:

- Work with our Finance Business Partner to manage budgets effectively, achieving revenue targets and managing expenditure accordingly.
- Develop and manage stakeholder relationships:
- Embed The Harlequins Foundation within our focus boroughs, working with schools, borough sport partnerships, local authorities, charities and community interest organisations to increase awareness of our work.

Monitoring and evaluation:

- Oversee day-to-day data collection from programme delivery and be responsible for the timely reporting to key stakeholders as required.
