Job Purpose
To manage GW partnerships to ensure their partnership plans are delivered and objectives achieved which support the continued growth of the Club and its sponsorship family.
You will be responsible for ensuring the rights and benefits of each partnership are fulfilled in line with the timing and standards set out in the partnership plan.
You will attend all home fixtures to network with and manage relationships with our sponsors and partners family.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare and develop Partnership proposals, and plans for each of our partners, in line with overall Club strategy
- Communicate with each partner to ensure plans and implementation plans are agreed
- Responsible for ensuring the fulfilment rights and benefits of each partnership according to the Partnership Plan, including but not limited to press releases, player appearances, stadium branding, tickets, hospitality and events
- Responsible for ensuring the fulfilment of rights and benefits required by central sponsors including URC and EPCR
- All administration and management of allocated accounts and associated partnership events, ensuring all rights are delivered on time and to standard
- Create and attend status meetings for each partner, liaising with internal & external key stakeholders to update, review and approve activity
- Updating the Partnership Matrix Management tool with all partnership rights and benefits
- Provide regular updates and reports on our sponsors and partners as required
- Review current benefit offering and continually research other parties to ensure GW deliver stimulating, creative, and forward-thinking options to the partnership family
- Assist and manage match day hospitality inventory, partner requirements and individual hospitality sales
