We are seeking an experienced digital marketer with a proven track record of growing sales across online retailers, marketplaces and direct to consumer channels

This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic person who can meet day-to-day challenges in a busy environment, work creatively, independently and enjoys making a real difference.

Working directly with the Head of Marketing, Brand Creative and CEO, you will be immersed in performance marketing, helping to grow the business in key territories including UK, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, The Netherlands and US via PPC, SEO, Paid Social and other self-serve advertising platforms.

We are a team dedicated to solving problems, finding opportunities, and continually improving our offering. We enjoy working and growing together as a team, so understand that anyone joining us may need time and support in certain areas of the role.

Your skills

  • - Have a wide range of digital marketing experience (not expected to be an expert in all areas) including: AMS (Amazon Marketing Services), Facebook and Instagram Ads, Email marketing (ideally Klaviyo), SEO, PPC (experience using Google Performance Max is a bonus) and Content management (WordPress)
  • - Measurement and performance reporting of digital marketing activities
  • - Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns

Who we are looking for

  • - 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role (either agency or brand)
  • - Excellent attention to detail
  • - Ability to work independently
  • - A desire to be part of the team and be based in our Preston office
  • - Previous experience working on significant e-commerce campaigns
  • - Knowledgeable and up-to-date with developments in digital marketing trends
  • - Proficient with numbers, spreadsheets and report generation
  • - Understanding of brand translation into creative campaigns
  • - Knowledge of analytics and reporting
  • - Strong initiative with sound interpersonal skills
  • - A passion for digital
  • - A willingness to learn and grow as the job role expands
