An exciting opportunity has arisen at Exeter Chiefs Rugby Club to join the women’s rugby department alongside our experienced sports medical team. Exeter Chiefs are the Westcountry’s premier sporting club, with the women side playing in the Allianz Premier 15's.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, hard-working and dynamic Lead Women’s Physiotherapist. The successful applicant will be driven to develop, improve and advance the women’s programme within an already high performing medical department.
Job Description:
The role of Lead Women’s Physiotherapist will be to deliver a professional, dynamic, and detailed medical service across our premiership women’s side.
The applicant will be required to practice autonomously, accurately assess, diagnose, treat and rehabilitate players across a large playing squad under the guidance of the Director of Sports Medicine. The physiotherapists must be hard working, professional and self-motivated. Effective communication skills are essential. The roles will also require pitch side duties both game day and training. The chosen physiotherapist will be required to lead the women’s medical department comprising of one sports physiotherapist and work experience students. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to learn and develop their clinical and rehabilitation skills within an experienced premiership medical team.
Contract: Full-Time, Fixed-Term
Salary: Band 5-6 dependent on experience
