About the opportunity:

We are extremely excited to be looking for an experienced and innovative Senior CRM and Performance Marketing Manager to join us at one of the most exciting times in the history of Everton Football Club.

This role is crucial in supporting the Club’s key business objectives across revenue, customer acquisition and retention and fan engagement, as we look for further grow and convert our ever-expanding global fanbase.

As Senior CRM and Performance Manager you will work closely and support our Head of Marketing in developing, implementing and testing digital strategies to support these key objectives across all the Clubs products and services.

This opportunity will include managing a team of talented individuals whose responsibility it is to collectively manage the build, delivery and analysis of both inbound and outbound digital marketing campaigns via a number of digital platforms and channels, which you will oversee and develop, whilst ensuring a maximum return on investment for all key stakeholders.

This role is fast paced and will require strategic thinking and a collaborative approach to working, as you will be working closely with the Data Science and Insight team, Design and Campaign Marketing teams, as well as stakeholders from across the business to encourage collaboration and achieve the highest standards of output.

You will be responsible for overseeing the Club's 'fan-first' loyalty and rewards programme and devising accompanying strategies to maximise acquisition, retention and interaction with the scheme.

Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for a proven senior CRM professional, who has experience of segmentation and personas, driving commercial growth all whilst ensuring optimum customer experience.  

You will be confident in setting measurable targets and agile enough to adapt comprehensive plans when required to react ensuring strong results are consistently delivered.
