About the opportunity:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Academy Technical Lead to join our Women’s Academy and RTC.

In this exciting role you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the youth talent pathway across the RTC (Under 12’s, Under14s and Under 16s teams); where you will produce and implement an age specific technical and tactical syllabus.

Other key responsibilities as part of this role include:

  • Developing an Individual Development Programme (IDP) across the talent pathway
  • Working closely with the General Manager to develop and deliver the Academy strategy
  • Working closely with the WSL Academy Head Coach and First Team technical staff to support player transition between these groups.

Who we are looking for:

To succeed as a Academy Technical Lead with us here at Everton Women you will;

  • Outfield UEFA A Licence
  • Completed or undertaking FA Youth Award (Modules 1-3 including assessment)
  • Safeguarding certificate
  • Basic First Aid Qualification

This role is on a Fixed Term Contract, working 24 hours per week.
