About the opportunity:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our growing Everton in the Community Team, covering The People’s Campus.
The People’s Campus consists of our People’s Hub, People’s Place and Blue Base.
During your reception duties you will be the face of Everton in the Community, the first point of contact for visitors to The People’s Hub, People’s Place or Blue Base; greeting, providing advice, information and assistance to our diverse visitors. You will also provide administration services as and when required in support of the wider use of the People’s Campus, across the People’s Campus.
You must have a real passion for delivering exceptional customer service, no matter what the situation, as well as assisting with the day to day co-ordination of all other activities and room bookings within the buildings of which you will operate.

Essentially we are looking for an individual who is driven and motivated with a commitment of providing excellent customer service.
Our successful post holder will understand the principles of managing information and have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
You will need to be a good team player with the ability to work on own initiative.

Please note that This role may require the successful postholder to work occasional weekends and matchdays.
The working hours for this role are 25 hours per week, this role will be offered on a permanent basis.
