Without officials, there is no netball. Join this exciting and innovative department as the Officiating Manager and you will be critical in ensuring playing opportunities happen now and for future generations. You will be involved in shaping the future of Officiating as we move into the delivery of our Adventure Strategy. You will lead projects that make it easier to become an official, support the learning and development of officials and recognise the amazing work of officials. You will also support other areas in the organisation from an officiating perspective to help take netball into more diverse communities, grow netball for children and young people with a particular focus in schools, and support the heartland of our game, clubs and leagues. You will build and nurture relationships with those that make the game happen and support the delivery of community competition and our exciting programme of Officiating events. And as the lead for all things MarComms Officiating, you will shout from the rooftops (via our channels!) about all the great stuff we do! There has never been a more exciting time to get involved.
