England Golf is the governing body for male and female amateur golf in England. It represents over 1,900 golf clubs with over 740,000 members and is affiliated to The R&A, the joint global governing body of golf.

We are looking for one person to join our Membership and Development team as a Junior Development Co-ordinator. You will coordinate and support the delivery of participation projects with a focus on junior golf as outlined within the England Golf Course Planner.
£24,000 to £27,000 per annum dependant on experience, employee assistance programme, private healthcare and/or health cash plan, 3x salary life assurance, enhanced pension and family policies, golf benefits, discount platform and up to 36 days annual leave (includes bank holidays and company days)
You must be able to demonstrate:
- Ability to solve problems within area of work/knowledge.
- Understanding of the sporting landscape within England.
- Excellent team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively and co-operatively with colleagues.
- Capable of gathering and analysis of information.
- Preparation of clear & thorough reports.
- Outstanding communication skills including the ability to create and deliver presentations.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and deliver high-quality work to tight timescales.
- Excellent use of IT tools including spreadsheets, word processing, survey tools, email and social media.
The post is full-time, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. The position is based at England Golf Headquarters, The National Golf Centre, The Broadway, Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire, LN10 6PU.
