This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of iGolf as part of England Golf’s drive to communicate and connect with independent golfers and grow the sport, supporting iPlay as required.
We’re looking for a strong candidate who has:
- Organisation skills with the ability to manager and prioritise multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work to tight timescales.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and volunteers.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems within area of work.
- Previous line management experience.
The post is full-time, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. The position is based at England Golf Headquarters, The National Golf Centre, The Broadway, Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire, LN10 6PU. We operate a hybrid policy which is available after 6 weeks.
Salary £29,000 per annum dependant on experience + employee assistance programme, private healthcare and/or health cash plan, 3x salary life assurance, enhanced pension and family policies, golf benefits, discount platform and up to 36 days annual leave (includes bank holidays and company days)

This is a fixed term contract of 12 months, covering for the existing role holder.
