Purpose
As part of our ambition to become the country’s Most Inclusive Sport by 2028, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our Executive Leadership Group.

The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CRO will lead and shape the ECB’s commercial and revenue strategy. You’ll be responsible for maximising both short- and long-term revenue generation to support our reinvestment in cricket at every level.
Working closely with the CFO, you will drive negotiations and management of key partnerships including broadcast rights, media deals, and commercial sponsorships—ensuring we grow the game's reach, relevance, and financial sustainability.
You will also lead ECB's marketing functions across competitions and events, champion innovation, and identify new and creative commercial opportunities that reflect the evolving world of sport and entertainment.
