Edinburgh Rugby are seeking a Matchday Sales & Sponsorship Executive to join our high-performing team. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and support the financial objectives of the club.
What you'll do:
- Undertake market research and analysis of new market trends and businesses that may create additional engagement or potential revenue opportunities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, new and existing
- Generate income through sales of match day assets including sponsorship, business club hospitality, digital, LED and in-stadia advertising
- Represent the club at networking and local event to capitalise on potential opportunities for sponsorship
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the sports industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic, someone who is a self-starter and has a passion for exceeding targets
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
