The objective of Durham Cricket pathway programme is to identify, select and develop the next generation of Durham players. The programme’s objective is to supply home-grown talent that is capable of succeeding for Durham Cricket and ultimately England.
The Performance Lead Coach will provide high level coaching support to the Pathway programme, including coaching and managing the Durham EPP team as well as two County Age Group teams. The successful candidate will also assist the Head of Talent Development/Academy Director with talent identification and recruitment.

The post holder will be based at The Riverside as part of the High Performance Cricket department. Due to the nature of the work the post holder will carry out his/her duties as such times/days which are most effective to perform the tasks required. This will involve some out of hours work – evenings, weekends, Bank Holidays, as necessary.
