Cycling UK, the national cycling charity, is on a mission to inspire a million more people onto their bikes. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive individual who has a keen interest in developing within the Learning and Development field.
The Role
This role will lead on our membership strategy focusing on increasing the levels of financial support from new and existing members whilst also increasing member engagement with our wider organisational objectives. They will be responsible for all aspects of membership including proposition development, marketing and supporter journeys. The role will also develop our individual giving strategy incorporating appeals, raffles and legacy giving. The role will be an integral part of the income generation team with plenty of opportunity to get involved in many aspects of the charity’s work, particularly our communications, engagement and digital teams. They will have strong networks within the membership sector and apply an insight-led approach to all aspects of their work.
