Role Overview:

As the Head of Client Services at Club DNA, you will be responsible for leading the Client Services team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clientele. You will operate at a senior level, interfacing directly with executives, administrators and key decision makers of reputable and established clubs, and will be accountable to the Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Client Services Team, providing direction, guidance, supervision and support.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and development teams to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
  • Monitor and assess industry trends and best practices. Share insights with the team to enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of Client Services efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on Client Services activities and performance to senior management.
  • Write high level feature request specification documents.


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Client Services, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience operating in front of senior-level executives.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • The ability to show initiative by presenting new ideas, practices and road maps for implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • PRINCE2/APM project management qualifications preferred but not compulsory.


  • Pension contribution.
  • 37.5-hour workweek with flexible working arrangements.
  • Three days per week working in our office located in Wigan, providing a collaborative environment.
