Job Summary
To oversee the implementation and development of the Burnley FC coaching curriculum methodology and game model including the measurement and evaluation of all academy teams and players. To work with the First Team and Academy departments to ensure integration and collaboration between departments. Develop best practices within the clubs playing and coaching methodology to ensure performance targets are met.
The person
The ideal candidate will possess their UEFA A coaching licence and have experience of working within an Academy. They will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.
Role expectations
The Head of Academy Coaching will be expected to implement and develop the Burnley FC Academy coaching curriculum working closely with other departments at the Club.
