British Rowing, as the governing body for the sport, is responsible for the development of rowing in England and the training and selection of rowers to represent Great Britain
Job Purpose
To support the implementation of the World Class Programme (WCP) through the coordination and support of the Performance Programme activities, contributing to the success of the teams.
This role will also provide support to the Coastal and Beach Sprints activities within British Rowing. Beach Sprints in particular is a rapidly expanding discipline, with competitive opportunities for rowers at a domestic, Home International, Commonwealth and World level. The successful candidate will have the skills to add to the systems and processes that underpin success in this developing area.
