About you
- Experience of compliance and ethics in sport, and/or a membership organisation and/or similar body.
- Experience of effective case management and investigating disciplinary/compliance matters, safeguarding concerns, disclosures, allegations, and incidents.
- High level of integrity and trust, with the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential matters.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Understanding of GDPR/data protection and information sharing principles
What will you be doing?
- Lead on the development and implementation of Disciplinary Regulations, Codes of Conduct, and processes to provide clear and uniform procedures across all regions and all cycling disciplines.
- Manage all aspects of disciplinary case management, including liaison with the appropriate authorities, internal departments, and external agencies on reported cases as and when required.
- Support the Legal Team with regular review, revision, and development of the British Cycling Technical Regulations.
- To be the main point of contact for all Anti-Doping matters, working in collaboration with UK Anti-Doping and other relevant bodies to coordinate and deliver the Education and Testing Programme.
- Acting as Deputy Safeguarding Officer in the absence of the Safeguarding Manager.
