Help us to deliver an exceptional candidate journey and onboarding experience
This is a new position within our People & Culture team to provide administrative support for all talent acquisition activity. You will manage all recruitment administration including drafting job descriptions, creating job adverts, posting vacancies on job boards, managing the clubs applicant tracking system, shortlisting candidates, arranging and supporting on interviews and providing suitable feedback to candidates. This role will focus on supporting our world-class onboarding programme for new talent joining us.
Your talent acquisition bio
Our ideal candidate will have recruitment administration experience either in-house or via an agency. You will be able to prioritise busy workloads and work accurately and at pace. You will have exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills. Strong systems experience would be an advantage.
