Beaconsfield Rugby Club is home to one of the largest mini's amateur rugby teams in the country. During the 2018-19 season Beaconsfield RFC set up girl's rugby teams for U13s, U15s, and U18s.
Beaconsfield are looking for a new head coach to supplement its existing coaching team
Beaconsfield Rugby Club has some of the best playing and clubhouse facilities in the county, with a brand new changing and medical facilities delivered this season and further development plans in place for a club gym. The club, with one of the biggest and most successful mini and junior sections in the country and a growing girls rugby section, now needs to hire a new Head Coach to take the club to the next level. Whilst the primary objective is the three men's senior teams, the position also is a pivotal role as a leadership and coaching figure across the club as a whole.
Key objectives of the role include:
Candidates should be or ideally have had experience of being a Head Coach or Assistant Coach of a senior team and hold a level three RFU coaching award. In addition, the candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to work with and support other coaches.
