Introduction:
Badminton England is seeking up to 3 Non-Executive Directors with executive level experience in the following areas to join the Board:
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
- Player Pathway Development
- Digital Transformation
- Knowledge of the badminton landscape is desirable but not essential.
While the appointments will be made entirely on merit based on skills and experience, Badminton England strongly encourages applications from candidates from under-represented groups, particularly disabled people, diverse ethnic communities, LGBTQ+ community and females.
Key Information:
- This is a volunteer (unpaid) Non-Executive Director position and will require a minimum commitment of:
- 8 x Board meetings annually
- Badminton England Annual General Meeting
- Annual YONEX All England Badminton Championships
