Role Overview
We are recruiting a Group Staffing Assistant, working alongside the Group Staffing Manager and Regional Catering and Events Managers this role will work within agreed commercial parameters with primary responsibility for the improvement of labour efficiency through training and team development.
The Group Staffing Assistant will be focused on significant and constant levels of recruitment to enable us to have, and maintain a large pool of casual workers across the entire group.
In addition to this the you will need to uphold professional relationships with external staffing agencies ensuring that all agency partners work within the company's high expectation in regards to event delivery.
This role is a great opportunity for anyone who is passionate about recruitment, team development and operational delivery across multiple venues, and will bring the opportunity to experience the delivery of some of our greatest events across the country.
Please Note- Travel will be required to sites within the ARC group
