About the role:
The Breakfast Chef will be responsible for the breakfast service and undertake required duties during the service period offering excellent customer service at all times. To prepare Main Kitchen mise-en-place as directed.
About you:
- Food Safety in Catering
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience of similar position
- Experience in a busy hotel environment is an advantage
