Job Purpose
To lead the day-to-day operations, management and performance of the Paralympic World Class Programme and help drive the alignment of the Performance Archery Programme.
Key Objectives
- To support the development of the performance planning, processes and systems that underpin the development and management of athletes and the Performance Archery World Class Programme.
- To support the Performance Director in building a programme of domestic and international training and competition for the Paralympic World Class Programme to enhance athlete development and improve performance levels.
- Working with the Head of Performance Support and Performance Support Team, ensure the delivery of aligned and interdisciplinary performance support services to enable optimal impact
