Alpine F1 Team have a new opportunity as a Senior Fan Engagement Manager.
You will play a key role in managing the strategic planning and execution of global fan engagement initiatives for ALPINE, aimed at deepening fan connections, expanding the fan base, and driving revenue growth through innovative digital and physical experiences and campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategically design and implement comprehensive fan engagement campaigns across multiple digital channels to enhance the ALPINE brand, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Oversee the development and management of digital fan engagement products, focusing on delivering a premium, seamless, and immersive fan experience.
- Lead collaborations with marketing, communications, and partnerships teams to ensure fan engagement strategies are integrated and consistent with overall organisational goals.
- Provide in-depth analysis and reporting on fan engagement metrics, drawing actionable insights for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Spearhead advanced database management strategies, utilising sophisticated CRM processes for enhanced fan segmentation, targeting, and personalisation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including sponsors, broadcasters, race promoters, and teams, to expand fan engagement opportunities.
- Initiate and nurture partnerships with F1 and other relevant entities to create synergies and drive collective audience growth.
- Stay at the forefront of fan engagement trends and technologies, integrating cutting-edge practices and tools into the fan experience strategy.
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and capitalise on new channels and technologies for fan engagement, including innovative digital and interactive platforms.
- Master’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Extensive experience in CRM and product management, with a strong track record in the sports or entertainment industry.
- Expertise in CRM tools, data analytics, and digital marketing strategies, with a proven ability to leverage data in driving engagement and revenue.
- Deep understanding of Formula 1, fan psychology, and market trends.
- Exceptional creativity and innovation in developing unique, impactful fan engagement initiatives.
- Advanced project management skills, with experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing environments and ability to lead teams through change.
- Leadership mindset with a strong focus on delivering superior fan experiences and driving team performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Commitment to excellence and a drive to set industry standards in fan engagement.
- Flexibility and willingness for extensive travel, both within the UK and internationally.
