We are building something special at Alpine.

We are looking to add to our excellent team with individuals who are motivated to significantly contribute to our relentless pursuit of excellence – and ultimately a championship contending team.

We have several new vacancies within our team as a Composite Technician - Laminating. This position will be within our Composite team based in Enstone.

Composite Technician - The Role

Reporting to the Senior Technician, the main responsibility of this role will involve laminating composite race car components to first class levels of quality and output. Here at Alpine Racing, you will be working with state of the art equipment and a driven team to deliver excellence.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Produce good parts to specification and in accordance with departments standards.
  • Check materials are correct, in accordance with route operations and technical specifications.
  • Where non-conformance is found ensure it is recorded, clearly communicated concisely as per departments procedures.

Composite Technician – The Person

You will of course be able to interpret detailed engineering drawings and ideally have extensive experience of working within a motorsport Composite laminating environment. Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail are a must, alongside the ability to work under pressure.
