About the role

The primary objective within this role is to work closely with the Ticketing Manager to support all ticketing functions, and to partner with a variety of stakeholders, including customers, event employees, and department management. The Ticketing Coordinator position is responsible for coordinating and maintaining ticketing builds and launches, alongside supervising ticketing and front gate operations at events.

A day in the life of

Key Accountabilities:

  • Act as a key resource for all internal and external ticketing related queries for Marvel Stadium
  • Assist in preparing all events for on sale within allocated timeframes and schedule
  • Support the Ticketing Manager with inventory management of Marvel Stadium events
  • Assist in producing regular statistical data on ticket sales, pre and post event
  • Preparing ticketing offers to submit to our ticketing agent as requested by clients
  • Attend team and event planning meetings to represent the ticketing department and present on statistical data, as required
  • Assist in box office operations on event days in conjunction with the ticketing agent
  • Contribute to the success of the broader team

Mandatory:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the delivery and execution of ticketing services for major events
  • Proven experience with the use of Ticketmaster ticketing system
  • Exposure in the events industry
  • Exposure working at a box office for events
  • Tech Native, with competent skills across different platforms
