Access Sport is a national charity with a vision that no one should be excluded from the transformational benefits of community sport. We are on a mission to make inclusion the norm in community sport by tackling the access barriers faced by disadvantaged and disabled children and young people.
Location - Hybrid working. 2-3 days in an Access Sport office/ attending meetings. 2-3 days homeworking.
Hours of work - 37.5 hours per week, full-time Part-time working (min. 3 days p/w) will be considered for more experienced applicants.
Role Purpose
As part of our new strategy, we aim to grow our income significantly over the next five years and as part of this, we have created a new role in our Fundraising and Communications Team. This role is key to driving our communications to increase reach, awareness and fundraising.
Our new strategy and brand is focused on supporting disadvantaged and disabled children and we want to be able to tell the stories of these young people and their families through their eyes and from their point of view. Only they can communicate the transformational benefits of community sport, and this role will facilitate that.

Responsible for the communication of key messages that are externally facing for Access Sport, delivering on the strategic communications outcomes.
